We would like to request your assistance and support of CORS by booking your accommodations exclusively at the host hotel. Accommodations reserved outside of the CORS 2019 Annual Conference contracted conference block may seem less expensive but in reality it jeopardizes the benefits you enjoy as an attendee: reduction in registration fees, costs for the conference, committees, and social activities as well as discounts on many of the items needed for the conference. Equally important is our ability to determine actual needs for future planning. If we don’t fill our block, CORS is exposed to paying monetary penalty fees, which may jeopardize the program in future years. Your loyalty and cooperation is greatly appreciated.
If you somehow obtain a better rate than the one offered by the conference, please contact us and your stay will still be counted toward our required room count.

Delta Booking Policy
CANCELLATION: The cancellation deadline is 48 hours or 2 days prior to arrival, or you will be charged one night stay.
EARLY DEPARTURE: An Early Departure Fee may only be charged if you check out of the Hotel prior to the your scheduled departure date, without having notified the Hotel by 12:00 midnight the day after check-in. If you are departing early, please advise the staff by midnight of your check-in date to avoid any charges.
EXTENDED RATES: Rates will be available 3 days pre-conference and 3 days post-conference, based on availability.
